SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping: Standard (3–5 business days) | Express (1–2 business days).

  • Tracking: Sent via email once your order ships.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible once packages are in the carrier’s possession. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair products.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • No returns/exchanges if hair has been worn, installed, combed, dyed, cut, or altered.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof for a replacement or refund.
