Tracking: Sent via email once your order ships.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible once packages are in the carrier’s possession. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair products.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

No returns/exchanges if hair has been worn, installed, combed, dyed, cut, or altered.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof for a replacement or refund.
